The sign that greets visitors and employees at the entrance to a corporation is an ambassador to the facility. At IBM’s global corporate headquarters, the prominent angled lines of the sign shown mimic the prow of a ship, signaling your arrival at a company that is one of the captains of its industry. Dura was selected to replace and update the aging entrance sign. We utilized bead-blasted stainless steel panels welded to an internal steel frame to provide for extended durability with a nearly seamless finish. Custom tinted 2” thick acrylic letters and logo were precision routed and pushed through the stencil cut stainless faces resulting in an impressive and professional image.
